Booking and payment
The Client shall pay 30% of the agreed charge at the time of booking.
The whole amount must be paid at least 25 days before scheduled arrival or on arrival.
Credit card payments are accepted with a surcharge of 3.00% of the total required by the bank.
If credit card payment is chosen, the amount is debited in Croatian Kunas (HRK) according to the exchange rate of the official bank of Ranieri d.o.o.on the day of tourist arrangement execution (therefore, please take into consideration possible differences in the exchange rates).
Once the deposit charge is settled, we send you the accommodation confirmation along with directions of how to reach our property, all useful contact telephone numbers and all the details of your reservation.
Any loss or damage caused by your failure to respect fixtures or fittings will be deducted by us from your security deposit, Euro 150.00.
Cancellation Charges
More than 45 days prior arrival: 25% of the total ammount.
30-45 days prior arrival. .50% of the total amount.
20-30 days prior arrival: 75% of the total amount.
less than 20 days prior arrival. 100% of the amount.

Info about tourist tax.
All those accommodated in Croatia need to pay the additional tourist tax. Tourist tax contributions are allocated for the improvement of infrastructure and tourist services.
The tax rate is determined by the Tourist Office, and varies from 2 kunas to 7 kunas per day depending on your destination.
In Dubrovnik it is 7 Kunas per day per person. For children between 12 and 18 years of age, the tourist tax is halved. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax, as are those tourists who fall within specific categories (disabled, veterans of war).

Check-in Time and Check-out Time
Apartments booked in advance are available to the Client at 14.30 on the day of arrival. Apartments need to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If our apartments are available before the above stated time, special early arrival may be arranged in advance through us, according to our booking calendar. Arrivals after 8 pm must be announced beforehand.
Bed linens, towels, crockery and cutlery, water, electricity are included in the price.
